Welcome to Dwellopolis. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dwellopolis website (www.dwellopolis.com) and any related services, applications, features, or content (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Dwellopolis, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Dwellopolis. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. About Dwellopolis

Dwellopolis is a real estate and property discovery platform that allows users to browse, list, or promote properties for sale, rent, or lease. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and do not broker, lease, or sell real estate directly. All listings, including prices, descriptions, and availability, are submitted by third parties or are sample/mock listings during platform development and beta stages.

2A. Licensing Disclaimer
Dwellopolis is not currently a licensed real estate brokerage, agent, or a member of any Multiple Listing Service (MLS). While we are actively working toward licensing and expanding our compliance framework, our platform at this time operates solely as a property discovery and marketing tool for informational purposes. Users are encouraged to verify listings and consult licensed professionals for legal or transactional advice.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse any data or content on the Platform
• Upload false or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the Platform
• Use bots, spiders, or other automated systems without authorization

4. User Accounts

To post or manage listings, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to promptly update your account details if necessary.

5. Listing Content and Accuracy

Users who post property listings are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the listings. Dwellopolis does not guarantee the availability, legality, safety, or condition of any property listed. We do not verify or endorse any user-submitted content. It is your responsibility to perform due diligence before making decisions based on listings or contacting other users.

6. Fees and Payments

Some features, such as premium listings or advertising services, may require payment. All fees are clearly displayed and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed via secure third-party processors. By purchasing services, you agree to the posted pricing and any applicable terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, logos, software, graphics, and images (excluding user-submitted content), is the property of Dwellopolis or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Dwellopolis is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access these at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dwellopolis is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Platform or its content. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dwellopolis and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dwellopolis and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of changes by posting the updated version on our website. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support@dwellopolis.com.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
